"We had a wonderful stay at Atami Escape Resort! The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming and our room was very clean and comfortable with great air conditioning. The food and drinks were excellent and every restaurant on the property was fantastic. Breakfast was amazing each morning and we really appreciated the late checkout. Overall a relaxing and enjoyable experience, we will definitely return!"

"King sized rooms have stunning views with balconies to enjoy. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Always at your service and attentive. We also received massages and the masseuse was great. I wish the pool was cleaned a little more throughout the day since the breeze can blow leaves/bugs into the infinity pool. What a beautiful experience and we hope to be back. "

"My take on the room… There was a separate/private room, but unfortunately it was very hard to sleep there. And the room had a very strong, unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to stay in. The bed near the sliding door felt unstable (tilted), the pillows were very hard. Service was okay, but it could easily be improved. For the price you pay per night, I expected a higher level of comfort and attention to detail. At check-out, no one asked how the stay was, I had to bring it up myself. That kind of customer service really makes a difference. I would love to recommend this place because the setting is beautiful, but these details should definitely be addressed. "
