when i paid my resort fee i expect full service ice machine was not working. took fo ever to get service at valet and taxi. Buffet was ok food could have been hotter water down orange juice. when i went to check out i told the person about my issues with having to pay my resort fee when i feel things should have work properly. I was told to go to each department and complain there.....not my job wont be giving and more of my cash to virgin

We stay at the Horseshoe 2 times a year and we love it. Clean,Good food and easy access to monorail. We will always come back!
