The breakfast is not a buffet breakfast and it does not have many options. I found ants in my room eating my almonds, nuts and raisins that I bought. The property is old, I think it needs some updates.The front desk lady was very nice she gave me a drink of some local fruit, the weather was close to 100 F. The property offers taxi to the airport for free, that was a plus.

My fiancé and I experience was impressive. From the minute we checked in staff made an effort to translate from English to Spanish our concerns and answered all our questions with a smile we booked the best room they have and yes, it is very nice, clean, spacious, modern luxurious. Our only concern is Tara Poteau does not have a lot of hot water, so don’t think of using the Jacuzzi in the luxury room. L O L.

Ubicación en el centro pero no diría que es 3*
La habitación básica. Cama chica pero cómoda. Los artículos de limpieza de muy mala calidad. Jabonera liquida sin jabón y a cambio colocaron un jaboncito que acabó siendo pésimo. No dan shampoo, felizmente llevé el mío. No hay secadora de cabell. Me pasé 10 min de la hr del desayuno y no me pasaron ni ese tiempo. Ya insistiendo me dieron un vaso de jugo. Solo es de 7 a 9am. La piscina ridículamente chica sin espacio para reposar o siquiera sentarse a secarse pq las mesas del restaurante están al lado. Impensable usarla. Gimnasio sin aire acondicionado y a más de 30 grados es brutal.

Es un hotel céntrico, con muy buenos ambientes. Las habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Se puede descansar bien.

El hotel es uno de los mejores de Tarapoto, pero en general en la ciudad hay my pivots cuidados Covid, los protocolos no se cumplen en su totalidad. En el hotel el día sábado hubo mucho ruido por gente de fiesta en el primer piso y no descansamos bien.

Buen servicio, habitaciones limpias, desayuno variado, gimnasio disponible las 24hs. Las habitaciones son un poco ruidosas, principalmente los fines de semana por la piscina.

Cuando pedi la cuenta me dijeron que debia una cantidad 3 veces mas de lo que era. Tube que pedir que revisaran Todo para llegar a la cifra corrects. SI no habkase espanhol tendria problems.
