"Lovely small hotel in a great location with free parking outside, Breakfast included, have the Loch Fyne Kipper. A little tatty in places but legitimate wear and tear over a no doubt busy season. "We were very pleased with this property. Spacious and well equipped. Lovely welcome package and cosy warm on arrival. It had everything we needed and was central for what we wanted to do. Parking was easy and convenient. We would definitely recommend 1 Marine Place for a perfect stay on Bute"
