the hotel had bugs o the beds ,was not maintained at all,not clean at all

Very rude behavior, no smiling on staffs face at all,room like small box can't walk in the room,even not one window for natural light.I won't stay in this hotel again.:(.

Will never stay at this property again. Roof was leaking after rain as were windows. The wash basin was leaking and shower did not mix hot and cold water properly. Beds were dirty with sheets and blankets that were way past their life. Head board were dirty so were the floors. Could hear dogs barking all night. On top of that it was the most expensive place to stay in the area. Had booked for two nights. Checked in late at 11:45pm and we could barely spend a night there. We checked out first thing in the morning. I had to surrender my on day that was left. The staff instead of helping were just trying to ignore. I have pictures for all the above issues I mentioned. Will file a complain with Expedia and get back a refund for the day we surrendered. Please avoid there are plenty of good options. We moved to four points by Sheraton and it was awesome and cheaper to stay.

Bathroom not clean. We ordered food and the roti’s were hard not fresh. The menu food is over priced. The bed/mattress was smelly, gave off bad odour. The reception staff were polite thats about it.
