"We ranted 3 apartments Place not clean well, also the staff was Unprofessional!!! Any things requested from reception can not provide. - I contacted them 2 days before check in date to have all three apartments close from each other, they confirmed this request in last day than suddenly once we reached to hotel they change them !!! There was Egyptian guy in reception with zero customer service experience, I asked him to provide more keys for the apartment since we are 6 person, his reply...

"Pros: 1. Spacious bedroom & living room 2. Rates are very cheap. Cons 1. For a 3 bedroom apartment, it has only one bathroom. Fixings int he bathroom need to be fixed. Cabinet is rusting. 2. Broken TV plug in the master;s bedroom. 3. The sofa has bed bugs as it makes us itchy. 4. Aircon sometimes gives a gaseous smell. Overall the apartment needs a lot of improvement. "

"funny as it may seem, It´s one of the closest hotels to Dammam airport. It´s very nice, staff is very welcoming and I was upgraded to a much bigger room. However, hallways have tiles instead of carpet and are vey wide. The noise coming from people walking, talking or handling trolleys is very loud and kept me from sleeping early for a vey early flight."
