I arrived at the hotel around 8pm, and went right back out for dinner, when I come back I actually realized that I paid extra money to have a balcony, and I didn't had a balcony. And I spoke with the night clerk about the issue, he wanted to move me, but I didn't want to move after I used the room, and he said that at the check out he will make sure to put a note to refund me the extra payment I made for the balcony I haven't received. This morning went I went to check out the lady who did my check out was very rude and said he does not have to give me anything, since I already leaving. That was very rude and unprofessional for her, I travel a lot and in no country ever happened to me to encounter this rudeness with a client. I will definitely not come back at this hotel ever.

Es war super. Alles hat uns gefallen. Wir waren die aller ersten in unserem Zimmer. Daher war alles Brand neu. Der service war mega,es war immer sauber. Die Ambient und atmosphere hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Es ist sehr zentral und sehr nah am Meer. Wird auf jeden Fall weiter empfohlen.
