"I arrived a day early due to my own mixup with travel dates from the UK. Staff at reception were super friendly and helpful the hotel was full I’m not sure how but they managed to accommodate me after a few internal conversations. All the staff were so helpful as my Portuguese is minimal. Europe should take a lesson off crayon customer service "

"Foi ótima nossa experiência. Gostei e voltaria. Parecia que a localização era mais distante dos principais pontos da cidade, mas a média de Uber ficava entre 11 e 18 reais, então foi tranquilo. A limpeza dos quartos são muito boas e você até se sente em casa: tudo limpinho e clarinho. Ponto negativo é somente o banheiro que não tem ducha higiênica e o quarto que não tem um lixinho e não a como separar outros lixos com lixo de banheiro. "
