"The apartment was nice, with a lot of windows and centrally located. Not ideal place to stay if you have a car. Right next to a bar where people were loud and yelling till about 0500. We slept terribly. Closing the windows did nothing to keep out the noise. It was also very hot inside, without air conditioning. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. "

"Was a fine place but difficult to talk to the staff. We got a wrong cabin after calling back and forward for half an hour with the employees. No one at the check in counter. We only got compensated with an ice cream. That was poor service when they had forgotten our booking"

"We called the reseption around 4pm as we saw we would be arriving after 8pm due to traffic in germany. Where supposed to get an sms with checkin instructions. This was not send, så had to call 4-5 times a bit before 8 to make sure we would be having a cabin to sleep in. This time we got the instructions. Upon arrival, we found dirty bedsheets and towels from previous guests. So we had to start our stay by cleaning the cabin. When wanting to use the microwave (noted at hotels.com), we saw that...

"Fantastisk udsigt. Lidt mere folkeskole lejr end stunning apartment. Der var rimelig støvet, og der trængte generelt til en hovedrengøring. Der var myrer i stue/køkken og på køkkenbordet og spisebordet. Man skal selv have alt med - ligesom i sommerhus. Det var der ikke informeret tydeligt om. Nemt med nøgleboks ved ankomst. "

"Boligen var pæn og ren, men ved ankomsten var der hverken håndsæbe og opvaskemiddel eller tabs til opvaskemaskinen. Vi kunne ihvertfald ikke finde det, så det måtte vi købe selv, men til trods for disse "mangler" var det en dejlig bolig, og et sted vi meget gerne vil komme tilbage til."
