Si pudiera sugerir algo es sobre las instalaciones, el hotel es muy bonito pero está un poco descuidado, las camas estaban arruinadas y el área de la piscina tenía el piso levantado y podía haber sido un poco inseguro si uno estaba mojado. "The hotel was average, the room looks old not very clean maintained the drain smell, the bed umm, average. I had to walk kind of far to check in and check out. Check in understanding, but check out...not necessary...others hotels(better than this one)just have to leave and drop off the key in a box. The reception phone # provided didn't work.I liked the breakfast menu, lunch and dinner not impressed. I liked the all inclusive drinks because able to get beers,however I don't drink. The pool very clean and good size 👌. The beach kind of dirty, people leave empty beer bottles on the sand. " 5 stars 🌟 to the employees they are very kind, helpful with a good attitude.""

"I have stayed here before, and it has been reasonable for the price. This time, it was terrible. We were exhausted from traveling and just as we were about to sleep at 9 p.m., a DJ started up next door for some kind of party. It was so loud, with extreme bass, that everything in our room was shaking. I went to the desk and they said it was off the property and out of their control. Also that it would be going on until sunrise. They were not sympathetic and would not give a refund or offer any suggestions (different room, voucher for later, anything?) We checked out, left, and drove somewhere else to stay. We stopped at a gas station for coffee 4.5 km away and could still hear the DJ....it was that loud. I understand that it was a holiday and that there were parties going on in many places, but this level of noise should not be right next to hotels near an international airport. People are tired from traveling and want to rest. If there aren't regulations against this type and duration of noise, the hotel owners in this zone should get together and demand it. I will not stay here again and I will be very cautious about staying in any hotel in this zone if I need to rest."

"I loved this hotel! Literally my favorite hotel I’ve experienced so far! I wish there were more hotels just because when I return I don’t plan to leave for the time of my stay. The food is great! Staff is great! Hotel is beautiful! On the ocean although the ocean is rough. My literal only complaint is that the stray dogs should be kept away from the beach restaurant patio seating. Apologies, I don’t hate animals, but that’s the only thing I did not like. I love this place and plan to return"
