"From the entrance you get greeted by the owner of the hotel Caroline with a smile, room was super clean, the Spa is top!! Very well maintained and great facilities, reception girls were just there to make guests feel comfortable as home, thank you Michelle and Ursula. Will definitely return again. "
"Wenig Gedanken gemacht das keine Saison ist und alle umliegendenden Restaurant und Geschäfte in Dorf Tirol geschlossen sind. Weihnachtsmarkt in Bozen und Meran besucht. Im Hotel wurde kein Nachtessen angeboten. Leider wurde das in keinen Unterlagen erwähnt. Die Hoteleigene Bar war zwar offen bis 21:00 Uhr. Wollte man etwas konsumieren wurden wir durch die Reception aber auch den Chef verwiesen auf die kleine Minibar im Zimmer.

"Tudo perfeito! Um dos melhores cafés da manhã que já tomei em um hotel. Vista do quarto maravilhosa. Tivemos um episódio desagradável: um funcionário no café da manhã foi muito rude com a gente. Quando chegamos no café, não havia ninguém. Escolhemos uma mesa e quando o funcionário nos viu, foi bem grosseiro dizendo que as mesas eram nominais e que não podíamos sentar em qualquer uma. Não tinha como sabermos dessa informação, pois quando chegamos ao café ninguém foi nos recepcionar."

"Lovely attentive staff. Unloaded luggage at the rear of the hotel and with help of great directions parked across the river in the secure underground parking at the Thermal Baths. Easy 5 minute walk back to the hotel lobby. Great spot!!"
