a positive experience

this is a wonderful hotel. Staff was helpful. All facilities are available at the hotel. We found it very easy to arrange taxi pick up from the rail station and taxi drop off to the airport through the hotel. Breakfast was very good.

My one night stay at the hotel was extraordinarily good. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The room itself was nice and clean with a comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. Sure you can stay in Tashkent for cheaper but staying here was a real treat that was completely worth it!

Looks on pictures better than it is. Taxi from hotel to Airport around 200.000sums. Yandex go business (UZ version of Uber) around 35.000 sums. This is a rip-off.

Good experience but noisy room

The hotel looks very nice and the staff is very polite and professional Rooms are small but we'll furnitures . The transport from/ to airport is a little bit expencive for local prices. Only one thing that was terrible was the noise. The hotel is just on side of very busy street and the noise was disturbing until 2 am. If don't bother this the hotel is very pleasant

Very nice and new hotel, nice design, very comfortable, and very friendly staff. The only suggestions I have would be for there to be some cold drinks in the room in the fridge, and for the bar to have a few additional options for drinks. There are a lot of drinks on the bar menu, but the options in reality are apparently more limited. The hotel is very convenient to the airport, and is in a decent location, but it is not an area with a lot of restaurants and shops around. I also don't think the subway is nearby, but I did not explore all of the transportation option, as my company's driver picked me up and dropped me off. I would definitely stay here again on a business trip.

I did not like that it advised swimming pools but to use them you must pay US$30 per hour. That’s insane. On the website it does not say they charge for this. My bathroom was not clean

Clean, friendly staff, only downside is the location. Far to Metro and city center. But taxi is super cheap, 1-2 dollar takes you anywhere in the city
