"This is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed! Amazing view of the mountains. The cottage was spacious, warm, beautifully presented and had all the amenities as described. The reception staff were so friendly and were able to help us with a few questions in English. They even gave us a mobile phone so we could call them from the cottage if required. "Stay was amazing ! Mr Fukushima was so kind - he helped us with discounted lift tickets, picked us up from the train station and took us grocery shopping. Location was right at the Iwatake gondola. Please note the unit is in traditional Japanese style - sleeping on the floor with Japanese pillows (very different to western pillows). Highly recommend !"

"Super convenient location. Internet speed is very usable. Only 3 laundry units located on the 7th floor...pro tip, use the 3rd unit from the door. The other machines don't seem to dry particularly well with a normal load of clothes. However you can add up to 90min of dry time (100¥/30min). Might want to avoid the rooms next to the elevators too....you definitely hear the dinging."
