"Bear in mind that you are in an old (territorial old) building. The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of amenities in the room and common areas to meet a travelers need. Slept like a baby. The shower wasnt (and by virtue of the age of the building, cant be) high pressure. Stay here for a comfortable, cozy, lodging experience that gives you a sense of life of historic Ketchikan. "If you are staying at a hotel in the summer, this is the place to stay in Ketchikan for a quiet, serene, Alaska experience. I had to leave a review just to mention they provide an assortment of pillows on your bed so you can find one to your preference. It’s those thoughtful little things as well as the welcome notes in your room that make this place special.
The restaurant on-site is a large circular log building with sweeping views of the water and waterfalll off to the side. We had the breakfast buffet, lunch, dinner, and drinks at the bar during our stay this week and each experience was nice and didn’t feel rushed.
