"Booked as pet friendly but no outside decking to sit out, couldn’t have the door open in 28 degrees heat as it wasn’t safe for the dog. No outdoor furniture to sit out on either ! Such a shame as inside was lovely."

"We turned up at the hotel about 1.30pm on the Saturday and were told to come back at 3 to check in. We haven’t seen queues like it to check in to hotel! Everyone was absolutely fuming as we were all told to come back in check in at 3. It’s hard to believe that there was absolutely no rooms available ..."

"Fantastic place to land after a week on the road! Very comfortable and well designed room. I did need to do some laundry but as I was only staying one night they couldn’t turn it around fast enough which was the only criticism I can make!"
