Local bonito e limpo, atendimento ruim

O hotel é uma graça, tudo novinho, limpo. As camas não são tão confortáveis quanto eu gostaria, só havia 1 travesseiro por pessoa, mas até aí ok. O que não foi tão legal, foi a recepção na hora que chegamos, o recepcionista que estava de plantão começou nos atendendo bem mal, seco, uma falta de empatia (pra quem chegava de uma viagem longa e cansativa - minha estadia, com minha família, foi somente de pernoite, para seguirmos no outro dia). Nosso check-in aconteceu mais tarde (21:30 mais ou menos) e o primeiro impacto de um atendimento grosseiro, foi bem ruim. O recepcionista até tento melhorar o modo de comunicação, mas ainda sim, não foi cortez como poderia ter sido desde o começo.

Falta pouco para tirar nota máxima de DEZ.

A estadia foi prazerosa, empregados atenciosos. Mas o hotel precisa contratar mais empregados para limpeza e para atendimento no restaurante. Era visível que em muitos dias só tinha uma funcionária para abastecer o buffet e ao mesmo recolher os utensilios usados pelos hóspedes. Devido a isso muitas pratos, copos, xícaras, talheres já utilizados ficassem sobre as mesas atrapalhando os clientes que chegavam para tomar o café da manhã. Enfim, dou os parabéns aos funcionários do restaurante que ficavam sobrecarregados e na correria para atender os clientes.

Poderia ser ainda melhor,limpo,novo,boa cama,bom banho(falta mais pressão na água),toalhas razoáveis(um pouco ásperase só uma de rosto para duas pessoas),silencioso, a pequena piscina poderia ser climatizada, bom café da manhã (pouca variedade, mas saboroso),bom estacionamento (mas precisa de mais organização).Pessoal gentil e próximo ao shopping, o que facilita a alimentação.

Ótima estadia.

Estadia foi boa no geral. Café da manhã com boa variedade, quarto espaçoso e limpo. Serviço de quarto muito bom. Estacionamento. Único problema, foi com a internet no primeiro dia, onde não era possível assistir nenhuma série ou canal televisivo, que foi ajustado no dia seguinte.
