No minuto em que mencionei que eu e minha mãe não estávamos contentes com as acomodações ele compreendeu perfeitamente e fez tudo o que estava ao seu alcance pra nos satisfazer. "The first room I was assigned had a very awkward bathroom design/space. The frigobar was rusty and the rooms only have one small trashcan in the bathroom. If you don't leave your key with the front desk, your room does not get maid service. The wifi was reliable. The breakfast was awkwardly set up. I only ate there 2 of the days during my stay because I didn't care for the menu. The restaurant is on the top floor and the pool is on the ground floor next to the parking. It seems opposite to me....
