The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was easy, there are good free facilities such as bbq area, tennis courts, pool and spa. There is also a small play area for children. We would stay again.

it was simply the best motel we stayed during our trip in New Zealand. Very clean and well maintained building with modern furniture. It has tennis courts, bbq, spa, and a large outdoor pool. i will definitely stay here again next time i visit taupo!!!

I liked that the resort was nearby to restaurants and local attractions. The hot tub and pool were good. The managers were friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I had to go down to ask for more toilet paper as there was only one roll provided and no spares. The body wash in the shower ran out on our 3rd night there. But overall it was on OK place to stay.

Spacious apartment for a family, nice view of lake from the lounge. Comfortable beds and we loved having 3 bathrooms and a washer and dryer. The pool is a bit deep for kids, so floaties required, but nice and warm to swim in. The staff were nice. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
