"This hotel is very tired. Check in was 3pm, yet many of the rooms were not ready until after 4pm. Other customers (Mainly overseas tourists) were given a drink voucher because their room wasn't ready, but we weren't or neither was another Kiwi guest. We eventually asked for one about 1/2 hour later ..."

"Comfy bed, clean linen, nice extras, safe parking. However, was not happy staff at The Cove did not communicate in advance, that the restaurant was closed for renovations, so had to go out for evening meal & breakfast. Hard to wash our plates, cups etc when no plug in handbasin. Surprised no fan ..."

The Reef Resort
"You can only turn into the driveway from one direction so it meant we had to u-turn to get in. There is no lifts so needed to use stairs with suitcases. Staff was lovely and friendly, and the view was gorgeous!"
