The hotel is in a convenient location with great parking. The staff were welcoming and professional. The staff were also great when they needed to move us to another room in the middle of the night due to a faulty air conditioning unit from the room next to ours that was mounted on the external wall. Also, the room walls do not appear to have any noise reduction because you can hear the movement and conversations of other guests.
Was give sn upgrade from standard from standard double to a King suite which was a lovely surprise. Bed was huge and comfortable.
Room vlean and staff were welcoming and very hrlpf. There was an issue with my swipe card on the 2nd night but all sorted.
The only suggestion I have would be information about accessing the dky channels as they weren't working but maybe Netflix option or TV that you could cast to would be great
