"This place was far below expectations! Dozens of unsupervised children running around at all hours of the night screaming, party music every night until 2:30am, people banging on the room door all night for fun, shower didn’t drain and left you in 4” of gross water in just a few minutes, room was outdated, had to unplug the tv because it turned itself off and on all night long (never worked properly), no fan in the room or bathroom, and worst of all… we watched a woman proposition a couple in the parking lot for a threesome which later turned out to be the hotel’s cleaning lady. We would have stayed somewhere else but were stuck in the area for a wedding and had nowhere else available. Would not recommend!! "
"Pros: easy parking, ocean view, spacious living area, beach and pool access
Cons: interior of unit was kind of shabby with stains on couch arm, worn out towels, grunge on bathroom sink faucet, outdated tub"
"The bed was comfortable and clean towels were given without asking. The shower was large, had hot water and a wonderful nozzle with good water pressure. The room was very quiet. There is easy and close parking. Moist muffins and apple were deliverd each morning on the outside porch without waking us. The kayaks were fun to use and there are mangroves to paddle to and around. There were many hammocks to lay in. We enjoyed playing corn hole, though there was ping pong too, we just never got to it. We never had a chance to use the canoes but they were available. At night , there is a fire pit lit and we roasted the complimentary smores.
The stars were so bright and pretty. Our last day, manatees showed up at the end of the pier that is on the property and we wathced them for over an hour. We would have watched them longer but we had a plane to catch. They may have come every morning, but the morning we wandered out to sit on in the chairs with our complimentary coffee, they had come and were drinking water from the hose water that was flowing off the pier's water spicket. We'd taken a manatee tour and seen none, now almost within reach were four of them to enjoy right at Coconut Palm Inn. The staff is very nice! We highly recommend this Inn and will stay again when in Key Largo. "
"Thermostat was locked on 62 degrees, it was cold in Florida then and we couldn’t adjust temperature, it was 62 inside in the house, it was really cold , toilet seat was Br"
