"We booked the hotel as part of a larger trip around Puglia and it is truly special. The space is gorgeous, the staff is amazing, and there were so many activities that it was easy to keep busy. The food at the restaurant was also great. We tried the bike tour, a cooking class, and a wine tasting, and we would easily recommend all of them but especially the wine tasting. We were able to try different local wines with local cheeses and snacks, which was a wonderful experience. We would love to come back and stay here again, as there were activities we would love to try."

"I loved this hotel. It is very Italian - the location is great, as are the views. Great pool. I love this town. It is where Italians go for holiday - not touristy like beach towns up the coast. Being at the meeting point of the blue Adriatic and green Ionian Sea is magic. Definitely take a boat tour. Eat at Sacristy - the best food is often found in alleys!"

"We were a family with 3 rooms. That morning they called me stating they couldn't accommodate us and moved us to one of their apartments which was conveniently available. Everything else was booked in the town so we had no choice to stay. The cost of the apartment was much less but other than buying us drinks they never refunded me as they were supposed to. It was very upsetting and terrible customer service."
