Nice hotel with very helpful staff especially the Manager at the front desck. We stayed 4 days with 2 kids. Breakfast was good. Will stay again if go back to that area.

Lovely Hotel, very friendly staff, pool area was lovely and quiet. Bar in the afternoon was very relaxing. Never used the Gym, but small amount of kit was available. Breakfast was cold the first day, but this was corrected the next morning as i believe they had a problem with the hot plate ! We walked to Tavira quite a few times using the road, it took 45 mins and was approx 4km. Though I wouldn’t recommend it in the evening when it begins to get dark!

Super helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful bar/restaurant area and great food. Transfers to and from local towns very handy and padel court is a welcome addition. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel, at 5m driving from Tavira and all the nice beaches ( Barril, Cacela Velha, Cabanas, etc). Breakfast pretty good with views, nice pool, very good service and nice simple decoration with the typical portuguese cork. Gym is limited but thats not why people go there :) Great 4 star property, will come back!

Lovely hotel with easy, free parking. Particularly good breakfast with sea views from the restaurant. It is on the outskirts of Tavira, so nice and quiet. I believe there is a shuttle into Tavira but we had a car so didn't use it. Lovely pool and friendly, helpful staff. .Very clean and attractive rooms.

Initially the lack of tea facilities, iron and usb ports were resolved quickly and professionally. All staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was good quality and public areas including the pool were well maintained. I recommend this hotel

Comfortable stay

We came in late and were welcomed by a very friendly and professional staff. They gave us all needed information. The room was spacious and very clean. It was quite and the air was fresh. The bed and pillow were just perfect! The price was very affordable. We only stayed for one night but we will return again.

rooms are good. I don’t know when they have cleaned grounds around there. There’s all dirt and leaves and all kinds of stuff underneath all the lounge chairs. Nobody’s done any cleaning at all. The rooms were clean and people doing the rooms are hard workers. there is a shuttle into town, but it doesn’t go that often. pool is nice but cold!

My mum and I enjoyed our stay here. I think our most favourite thing was the daily shuttle which either took you to Tavira centre or Cabanas Beach. This was most helpful because we just used a ride hailing service for the other times our schedule didn't align with the shuttle timetable. There was plenty of lounge options out in the sun and indoors too, for times you didn't want to stay up in your room and we got pool towels too. We even played draught one morning, which was great. We each opted for a massage on our last afternoon and I must say that this was a nice ending to not just our stay at the hotel but in Tavira. It was so relaxing and lovely and I would recommend it. There were some tire looking parts to the hotel but as it's going to be under going renovations from November 2025, I have no doubt that those things will be taken care off.

My overall experience at this hotel was satisfactory, though there were several aspects that left room for improvement. The guest rooms were well-appointed, featuring very comfortable beds and bathrooms that were maintained to an excellent standard of cleanliness. Breakfast was adequate, offering a standard selection. On the less positive side, the pool area was affected by noticeable noise from the main road, which detracted from the atmosphere. Additionally, the in-room coffee machine was supplied with a very limited number of pods, and when I requested milk, I was informed that I needed to obtain it myself. The hotel’s location is somewhat isolated, with few amenities in the surrounding area. Furthermore, the shuttle service was limited in both frequency and capacity, which reduced its convenience. In summary, while the stay was comfortable, these factors would prevent me from choosing this property again in the future.
