I informed the front desk of a problem with the t v remote and a broken hair dryer on the first morning. Nothing was done to correct either during my stay. The check out clerk did give me a small discount for my trouble. The restaurant meal was excellent.

A $20 charge for checking in early despite the room being ready. Manager said the owners were in business to make money. Only 2 towels in room for 3 day stay. Worst breakfast I've ever seen. There were biscuits, bagels, a waffle machine & an orange for fruit plus coffee. Loud staff conversations from behind the checkin desk about their personal life. Unprofessional behavior. Windows were impossible to open more than 2 inches. It was a really sub par operation in all respects
