"Busy, modern, well located, clean, big room, international upscale business hotel. Pleasant experience. Wish the cafe had offered coffee and croissants for breakfast as advertised- the full breakfast buffet was the only AM offer."

"Spent 2 days here. Great staff all around and amazing staff that works the breakfast rush on Easter weekend. Location 100% for transportation from trains, rails, and busses. In fact, it was a walkable distance from Holland America terminal to hotel. "

"The room was clean and tidy and there was plenty of room. The shower was very good and the ensuite shower room small but good. Downsides were noise from the road traffic late at night at the weekend, narrow uncomfortable single beds, soap ran out in the bathroom and was not replaced, TV did not work (said no-one registered in the room).
