"I requested a smoke free room. Which i did not get. 2nd. I gave my cloths to iron. I had to call 3 times the next morning to get my cloths back. For a moment i thought. Staff had lost my cloths. After waiting for 3 hours. I was able to get my cloths. Thank GOD. Over all a very safe, clean and cozy ..."
