"There is not a positive about this property. It is in a very scary area. Not in a neighborhood or residénciale. There was no host communication until we reached out. The man who is point of contact from Expedia, Giro, says the right man is David, who leaves you with MarieLou. Toilets and plumbing are backed up, had to walk four blocks to a restaurant to use the bathrooms. "⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (for the hotel) We were honestly surprised to see some of the negative comments because we loved our stay here! The pool was crystal clear and always clean, and the staff were some of the nicest people we’ve met — incredibly patient and kind with our four kids (all under 12). The atmosphere was peaceful, and the beach space was amazing — tables right in the sand, and you’re so close to the ocean that you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves every night.
