"We had the most wonderful stay at Anans home. It was the perfect stay after 4 days on the loop. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had lovely amenities - especially the shampoo and body wash which they make. We had a delicious dinner on the property and enjoyed using the games/cards available. Breakfast was equally delicious. The staff was extremely kind and helpful with arranging a car service for us back to Hanoi. Could not recommend Anans home enough, wish we could stay longer! "

"Pool was under maintenance so was closed. Restaurant food was ok. However, if you eat as a couple, dont expect both main courses to arrive at the same time! My partner's main course arrived after I had finished eating mines!! Breakfast was ok. Same same. Nothing spectacular. There's the fried rice, fried noodles, and your typical Western style od sausages, bacon, pastries."

"The bungalow is great but the staff is absolutely terrible. > Check-in We could not find the staff at the reception. She was sleeping not far from the reception. We called the number on the desk but she declined the call. We sent a message to say we were at the reception. She liked it but did not reply. We had to assume the receptionist was the person sleeping not far from the reception once we saw her. > Motorbike rental Don't go there if you want to travel alone - They are not flexible and refuse half day rent or to give you a motorbike early in the morning so that you can avoid the police bribe at the exit of the city.
