"This is a great family stay right in the middle of town and close to everything. Very helpful and caring people with a son who would be very grateful to learn more English from you.x "

"Fabulous location right by the lake and close to restaurants . The manager Phu and his wife were really friendly and will help you if need any advice or booking cabs etc..The room were very quiet and clean. A really good choice for anyone coming to Ninh Binh."

"Our stay could have been worse and maybe a different room would have been better but we were really unhappy with the room and location. "This property was an absolute gem! I felt like I was in a fairytale. Very relaxing! The hospitality was exceptional! Our guide did an excellent job of taking us to the local spots! I highly recommend for a quiet stay!"

"This was my first homestay and I was not sure what to expect. The family really looked after me and made me feel right at home, I loved spending time here and found it a quick 5 minute walk to the Main Street of food places and cafes in the town. "

"I Loved my stay at Heartfelt Hideaway. this is such a beautiful Hideaway, the best I've ever stayed in, ever. The manager, Hoa, is exceptionally wonderful. she is so kind, polite, professional. helpful and she organised amazing tours, and she is always smiling. As are all the locals. The food is home made and delicious, and the property is very clean. You must visit this place, it is amazing. I can't wait to visit again in the future. Thank you Mrs Hoa and thank you Heartfelt hideaway....
