"Rooms are generally clean, but there was ketchup or sauce on the wall by the microwave and other little things that show only the basic cleaning gets done. They over chlorinate the pool in the afternoon, so if you go later in the day and/or the evening it's so bad your eyes are burning and skin gets very irritated. I know this happens then because our 1st night there we went down to sit in hottub and it was so bad we couldn't hang out long. We avoided it Sat, then had grandkids spend the night and went down Sun early and it was perfect...pool was warm and no burning of the eyes. We took a break for lunch and went back down later. Then about 6ish I believe we seen them walk in with 5 gallons of (I assume) chlorine, because shortly after we started to feel the effects. If sitting in hottub you'd start coughing and the eyes started burning as well. Also if you want breakfast get down there early....they do not keep it stocked til the end, eggs ran out and was still 15min left (sign actually said 10:30 but we were told 10) and when Inasked if nore was coming Inwas told no, it closes at 10. There were several of us in there still, I'd maybe understand if it was just me....but since there more people I'm sure they would've gotten eaten. "

"Room was fine for the money but our hair dryer was missing off the wall and staff couldn’t provide one without switching rooms. Breakfast advertised 6-9am but nothing set up at 6am and we had any early departure."

"Check in time was 3pm. We showed up at 3:30 and were told we couldnt check in because rooms hadnt been cleaned yet. We sat in the lobby for a while and looked for a place to eat. After eating we went back and checked in. The suite seemed pretty clean at first glance. But there was a panel layimg on the floor from the side of the hot tub, the toilet still had feces stuck on the bowl and there appeared to be ash of some kind on top of the bedding. I went to put some drinks in the mini fridge, it was turned all the way up, but still hot, so the fridge didn't work. We went down to the pool which was heated, but could use a little work, lots of chips in the concrete and paint work. After the pool we decided to get into the hot tub in our room. The whole reason for renting that room in particular was that we wanted to use the hot tub. The jets wouldnt turn on. We called the frint desk. She came up and pushed the button and when it didnt work, just said she'd let maintenance know. And she could move us rooms if we wanted, but this was the only hot tub. The walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors talking and yelling. It sounded like the people above is were stoming across their floor all night long, into the early morning. We had the complementary breakfast, which was okay for a hotel breakfast...buscuits, gravy, and sausage links. The food was in warmers and warmish but not hot. We were disappointed and far from impressed with our stay."
