"Spent a wonderful weekend at this absolutely beautiful location. The view to the airport and the river while the planes took off was the best! The staff was extremely and amazingly accommodating, the room was impeccable, and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. 12/10 recommend and will definitely come back!"

"The place was more like a motel than a hotel. It had no access to drinking water, the lobby smelled like mold and cigaretttes, I felt unsafe walking out of my room as a woman. "

"This is a very old hotel and it is showing its age. It had been renovated, fresh paint, clean bathroom, but definitely dated. There is a truck stop next door. Surprisingly, the IHOP across the street had very good food! Totally unexpected. No carpet, vinyl flooring. There was sporadic hot water in the shower in the morning. Breakfast was typical in this price range, but fresh. The best part of our stay was the staff who helped with everything that was wrong, such as getting the television back on the internet. Extremely polite and professional. Cocoa Beach is definitely a strange place, it should be top notch but is in need of a complete makeover as a town. Use Uber or Lyft to get around."

"The property including the room was very clean and in good shape. The room was large. The microwave and coffee maker are in a community area. If you are a light sleeper, there are many trains that go by, right across the street. And the street is busy, also. We use a white noise machine to sleep, so the outside noise doesn't bother us. They do supply ear plugs in the room."

"The room was clean but needs some updating. There was paint scrapes on the wall and everything just felt worn out. Pillows could have been a little bigger but the bed was comfortable. I think $99 / night would be more fitting. The pool water was clear but there was dirt in the bottom. The grounds in general were in poor condition. "
