"I love the motel is pet-friendly. Our room was a few steps from parking. The staff was the best. Allen, who ran the breakfast room, was extremely conscientious, kept the tables sparkling and the breakfast is beyond the ordinary "Continental." Front desk staff was also great. A very good, fun 3-day stay with our Lab puppy. The SOMD RenFest was fun!"

"Friendly staff. However the breakfast is limited for options and the room, though it looks nice, was found to have some ants inside. The beds weren't the best either. I've been to the hotel when it was a Super 8 a few years ago and I think the quality has declined from then. If you plan on staying here, please bear in mind that you WILL hear rumbling in the night often. We stayed next to some rooms where someone kept opening & shutting the door. The noise travels with little effort in the hallway. Overall an okay stay at a good walking location, with a lot to be desired."

"Bright refreshed renovated hotel. Large rooms, friendly staff, gambling slot machines not my thing but were busy. Restaurants were good, and staff were friendly. Only down side was the room doors were tricky and difficult to lock at times, and despite requesting housekeeping twice, over a four-day stay, they never came. Garbage cans overflowed, ran out of coffee, cups, tissues, and towels. Reported it, and manager said she would comp a night through the third party agent. I’ll watch for that remedy. Relaxing holiday weekend despite the rain out and lack of housekeeping."

"We arrived early and the staff was wonderful and had our room ready soon after we arrived. The staff is very helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. The property is well cared for and the location on the river is stunning. We were at the inn on a week day and it was quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was a basket of breakfast biscuits and protein bars, no fruit or yogurt but very delicious coffee."

"Asked for an early check in at 130 was told no problem got there still couldn’t get into room until 2 Why ask for 130 if you couldn’t accommodate my request. Was almost late for a wedding we came for. Very lazy housekeeping supervisor the other staff was great. Room was ok not super clean. Stained bed linen was definitely a bad look. Will not stay there in the future. Stay at your own risk."

"Very nice staff. Not their fault there are rude and messy guests. Two main issues were the lack of noise suppression at the entry doors of the rooms and the lack of ventilation/air circulation in the elevators. Otherwise clean rooms and property grounds. Once again, they cannot control the behavior of other guests."
