Great location, great staff
The hotel is on a great location. Near everything, but tucked away in a square off the main drag. There is an excellent Georgian restaurant nearby where you can sit outside in good weather. The room was cozy and clean with a roomy shower and there was air conditioning. The best thing, however, was the the staff. They were all so welcoming, helpful and friendly. There is a saying in Georgia that "Guests are a gift from God" and the staff here acted like they believed it. I will stay here again when I return to Georgia

We were at the deluxe double room, but let me tell you, that wasnt deluxe or double and we paid 70$ per night .the room was extremely small, no water kettle, 2 glasses provided were very dirty. Two towels provided were looking very old and disgusting. We left second day for them to at least clean the room, came back 8 hours later and the room wasn't cleaned. they cannot speak English well. Oh the balcony is literally at the street and it's not good to have a nice evening out.the area is quiet though which was the only good thing, and the AC was working.

Perfect location!
First of all the location is perfect! We had organised the airport transfer and when we arrived, no one was there to meet us meaning we had to pay double the price for an airport taxi. However - when we arrived to the hotel we were met by a young local guy called Giogi, he was very apologetic and welcomed us in for a coffee as we were too early for check in. We left for a tour of the city and when we returned to the hotel he advised us that the driver was involved in an accident and offered to upgrade our room. As we were still too early for check in he let us into a room that someone had just checked our from to allow us to freshing up. When we checked into our room (the upgrade) it was average but to be honest we didnt pay much for this hotel so you get what you pay for. The towels and bedding needs replaced as it was very worn, the bathroom was pretty small but enough space for 1 person. The bed itself was comfortable. The fridge was switched off so it was a bit smelly, so we didnt use it. No coffee or tea in the room but available 24/7 downstairs free of charge. We didnt have breakfast so cant comment on it. Other staff members wernt as chatty as Giogi.. overall I would probably stay here again based on location and price.
