Good trip to Georgia and Armenia

This hotel was perfect for our 6 day stay in Tbilisi it was very clean and comfortable, the room was well equipped with kettle and large fridge, the bathroom although small had a nice shower cubicle with loads of hot water, the beds were small but very comfortable and the staff were very kind, the breakfast was really good for us as it had lots of variety for both of us and my wife said it was the very best and most suitable for her very specific dietary requirements, we both really enjoyed our stay here even though we were initially concerned about its location up a long hill from the centre, as we are an older couple, but that was solved when we discovered the 408 minibus goes from the bottom of the hill in Rustaveli centre and has a stop right outside the hotel

This small hotel is in a quiet neighborhood close to the main street--Rustaveli Ave. It's at the top of a steep hill, which gives great views, but which requires strong legs to walk up from the center. We appreciated great service--including arranging airport transfer--and fantastic breakfasts. Also, they upgraded us to one of their new apartment style rooms and so we had a bedroom with a comfortable king bed, a large living room/kitchen area and a washing machine! The place was brand new and spotless.

Muy decepcionante - No lo recomiendo Mi estancia en este hotel fue una completa desilusión. Desde el momento en que llegué, noté que el lugar no estaba limpio: las áreas comunes estaban sucias y descuidadas, lo cual ya me dio una mala impresión. Además, el hotel está bastante alejado del centro, lo que lo convierte en un inconveniente si deseas acceder a atracciones turísticas o restaurantes. Lo que realmente me molestó fue el trato del personal. Fueron maleducados y poco profesionales, lo que hizo que mi experiencia fuera aún más desagradable. Para colmo, encontré una cucaracha en mi habitación. Esto es completamente inaceptable , la moqueta de las zonas comunes y habitación vieja y con manchas , habitación miniatura y con cama pequeña e incómoda. El traslado aeropuerto/Hotel que te ofrecen es un atraco total 30$ por recogerte y 30$ por llevarte ( 60$ ) cuando con BỌLT ( similar a UBER ) son entre 30 laris 32 ( 11$ ). Y podría seguir con un listado de críticas por qué he quedado corto incluso En resumen, no se lo recomendaría a nadie. Hay muchas mejores opciones en la zona que ofrecen una limpieza adecuada y un trato al cliente mucho más amable incluso con mejores precios y más céntrico . No volveré a este hotel jamás ni regalado.   Espero que te sirva de ayuda.

very affordable hotel with great views and hospita

This was a nice and reasonably priced hotel, the views from the restaurant and from the balcony with my room were excellent. breakfast was good but if you are doing early day trips i had to miss sometimes. room spotless and the staff helpful recommending transport and restaurant suggestions. I ate dinner in the restaurant as well and it was good. Very friendly staff. It only takes about ten minutes to work to Rusheveli metro stop and easy to walk to museums and the old town if you want to explore as there were always interesting sights on the way

Hotel cichy , spokojny, czysty, zadbany. Podejście do hotelu z miasta trochę pod górę ...ale nie ma tragedii. Jest to odcinek około 200 m. Fajna restauracja - taras z widokiem na Tbilisi w której z przyjemnością się je śniadania. Miałem taras w pokoju z widokiem na miasto więc polecam taki pokój. Ogólnie hotel godny polecania. W recepcji ludzie pomocni mówiący po angielsku.

Good hotel. The fridge and TV in our room could use a little tweak but it wasn't a big deal. The only big problem we had was with the mattress that was a bit uncomfortable. Great location, about 5 minutes walk from a metro station and a main street.

非常に良かったです。 スタッフさんの対応、部屋の清潔さ、設備の充実さは文句のつけようがなかったです。 朝食ビュッフェも品数が豊富で味もよく、テラス席のようなところからの眺めもよく、朝から楽しいひと時が過ごせます。 少し坂を登ったところにありますが、トビリシの観光地を巡るには絶好の立地です。徒歩でも行けます。周りもおしゃれな街並みでむしろホテルからの歩いての観光はトビリシを感じるには最適だと思います。 コスパ最高です。次回トビリシに行くことがあればここのホテルをまた利用したいです。

Quick recommendation for Urban Boutique. Value priced in quieter area, but easily accessible on foot for nearby shops, restaurants and attractions. Most of the staff speak several languages, the manager is personable and will take time to speak with you about local travel, politics, attractions and football (soccer for Westerners). The Funicular and it’s restaurants and amusement park are a brief 10 minute uphill walk. Ask the front desk for the topup card and go tour this fabulous unspoiled park! Several restaurants including Zala are within 3-5 blocks, and all of Rustaveli Ave is a 5 minute walk, with access to a coffee/sandwich/ice cream shop (and McDonalds for Westerners). Bring your best walking shoes and explore nearby. Have a beer or fresh cappucino in the hotel bar. Rooms are right-sized with showers that have super-hot water and lots of towels. Even luggage storage for when your flight out is later in the day. Definitely planning a return trip here, suggest you give it a try.

Hotel in an excellent location

This hotel is an excellent place to stay in Tiblisi. Rooms are nice, clean and with minibar and airco. Excellent shower and the staff is friendly. Walking distance to good bars as well as down town. The only minus is maybe the breakfast room which is somewhat dark (located on -1 floor).

Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Der Fürhstücksraum ist im Souterrain und das Buffet bietet nicht besonders viel Auswahl. Das Personal ist unglaublich unfreundlich. Fernseher hat nicht richtig funktioniert und es gibt kaum englischsprachige Programme. Dafür ist die Lage herovrragend und alles ist sauber. Rettungswege sind weder ausgeschrieben noch vorhanden. Im Brandfall könnte es kritisch werden. Mich wundert, wie das Hotel zu den vielen guten Bewertungen gekommen ist. Vergleichbare Hotels in diesem Preissegment sind meines Erachtens besser.
