"My stay here was pleasant enough. Check in felt a bit time-consuming but when I got to the room, it was clean. Unfortunately, even though I was on the top floor, I found a cricket in my room though! The location is really not good for getting around the city, it feels quite out-of-the-way from the main attractions. The restaurant had many offerings, but service was very slow."

"The hotel was generally very nice - the only issue was the room being next to the breakfast room on the second floor so I was woken up by breakfast preperation and food smells."

"The location of the hotel is perfect, tucked just 30 seconds away from the Freedom square which makes it quiet but very central and walking distance to all the attractions. The rooms are very very spacious especially for a standard room, very clean and it has a safe and fridge and kettle too plus there is a free water dispenser at every floor plus free different coffee types refills bean to cup in the lobby. I know some people complaining about the open concept of having the water basin in the room and separate shower room and separate toilet but didn't bother us as a couple. I guess if you are comfortable enough to share a room with your fellow traveler then you should be able to accept having the basin in the room in my opinion. Staff is friendly and helpful and everyone speaks English everywhere."
