"Small studio but had everything we needed. You do need to bring your own shampoo, etc and room was never serviced. Communication with elite apartment staff was excellent and they were helpful. CheapTickets had the wrong contact number which caused huge problems at check in and they were of little help there."

Unsure how its for 4 people with only one glass, and only 2 chairs, 3 forks, 4 spoon. Towels for only 3 guests very odd. I love the fact it states people live here please respect! yet cleaners are so loud on a morning. All in all place was not as advertised. They need to spend some money updating place."

Then we saw leather pealing off sofa cushions, floor not hoovered & hoover left full & filthy, washing machine drawer & lining dirty & door not engaging properly, shower broken ( you cannot switch to overhead shower). No one popped in to bring fresh towels midweek as this was a week stay & should be done. Patio door very difficult to open. Outside space lovely, again never...
