Great location easy to catch the metro into central London or to O2. There was plenty of restaurants near by in all price ranges. The rooms and beds were tiny considering its an apartment hotel. No point in cooking as you there was no room to sit and eat, the option of cooking was why we choose this hotel, so a bit disappointed when we saw the size of the room. Bathroom was ok and it was quiet even on the weekend. All in all a good option if you don’t mind the size.

The Tower Hotel by Thistle was located in an excellent area immediately overlooking Tower, Bridge and surrounding area. The hotel in general was well kept and attractive. The hotel was advertised as having housekeeping service daily. We did not have that experience. We had to ask more than once to have the room serviced. The room itself was dingy & in very poor outdated condition. Things were just not appealing at all in the room. We did speak with the manager who apologized and said that we would receive housekeeping daily from henceforth. However, next day it did not happen we had to ask again. I would not stay in the hotel again.

We stayed in two CitizenM properties in London. It took so getting use to; it had everything we needed. The only problem was now where to put tow people’s luggage. Had to use the desk & hassock. Very clean. Aside from towels, liquid soap & lotion, not shower cap, etc. Use of iPad for controlling temperature, blinds, lights & tv. EVERYTHING we needed for a two night stay in London.
