"A gem of a hotel so close to the train station and a short walk to the main attractions in Bari. The staff really make the hotel a place you want to return to, so friendly and knowledgable. - 24hr Front Desk, which is very helpful and as a solo traveller, it made me feel safe and cared for. If anything is wrong, you only have to ask. I stayed in a Deluxe room (both stays), which had a terrace balcony. No pretty view, but quite nice to sit, take a drink and read, between exploring. "After a very kind welcome by Martina, we were shown to our room, or maybe better: apartment. Fantastic spacious and beautiful: great bed, small kitchen, nice balcony, perfect bathroom etc. Location close to the center, shops and bars and restaurants. Really perfect! Grazie mille!"

"Slow answers. Firstly you have to have WhatsApp on phone. Secondly, you have to download a key app. No flexibility to store luggage a bit before checking or after checkout. You get access exactly at the check-in time."
