"No one was there the first 4hrs to make us keys and get our checkin complete the room they had for a second night they didn't have when they told us to pay when we get there to the property it would be added to our reservation it was not the pool was green and unavailable for use at all the next morning the manager/owner walked into one of the rooms next to us and didn't knock loud enough to wake anyone up if someone was there however 2 girls showed up later and I let them know what he did is illegal they were not the ones renting the room they were there to get their friends belongings because she ended up in the hospital 4 days prior he was so rude to the girls that were not just helping their friends but ultimately helping him as well it broke my heart I said something to him as well he's just rude and harsh also lies lol"

"The property is good in general, however, the response time for any request to provide service or support takes longer than expected. An incident of a barking dog in one of the rooms with no response from front desk, specially when the poor dog seemed to be alone for extended hours. Front Desk did not respond for our request to help with this because they don’t have security. Most housekeepers are non-English speakers unless you know Spanish language."
