The cleaning staff is amazing and makes sure to organize your room while cleaning. The place is really clean and comfortable, so I would definitely stay here again.

The room has a musty odor, however room was clean, bathroom was clean, not enough water coming out of shower head. I love the sofa, the rug was dirty. Air conditioner ok, remote tv was hard to figure out. No housekeeper to clean our room. Free breakfast Saturday and Sunday was good. Coffee was too strong, service was nice. Pool is outdated needs revamp and maintenance, property overall is outdated and old, it would be nice a remodeling. Costumer service was great! Thank you!

I nearly tore the AC unit off of my campervan on the low arch entrance. The staff was helpful and friendly; some spoke English, some didn't. Really bare bones amenities: No in-room drinking water provided; no microwave, mini-fridge, or coffee maker. The pool was out of service. TV was Spanish only. The overstuffed pillows gave me a stiff neck. Located near a 24hr gas station with a food court, so there was that.

If you only need a place to sleep (literally) for a night , I recommend this place. Any thing more I can’t say. The bathroom was “clean” though the shower was sketchy. Air conditioner worked well. The mattress was super comfortable, but the pillows were huge and too hard. Staff was friendly and helpful. The door only has a door knob lock. Not a true door bolt. Maintenance for the hotel itself is in need. But for a clean bed, it’s a good place to stay.

Pros: we stay there for two days. It was safe. There wasn’t a lot of people the first night we were actually the only guest staff was extremely helpful and polite. this time it was just me and my husband however I do plan to come back with my children. I really like the pool space and that they had their own restrooms. cons: if you are picky, this may not be the location for you. Some of the amenities were outdated, and the restroom was definitely in need of an upgrade however we were OK with the restroom being outdated. if I was picky, I would definitely give it a 3 out of 10, but since I am not, I will definitely give it about a 6 out of 10.

Tuve una muy mala experiencia en Hotel Bougambilias Resort Inn. Mi prometido y yo reservamos este hotel porque las fotos mostraban un lugar agradable, pero al llegar nos encontramos con una realidad muy diferente. La habitación estaba sucia; incluso encontré una extensión de cabello dentro de un cajón. Además, no había agua caliente ni internet durante nuestra estancia, y las instalaciones no se parecían a las fotografías publicadas. Lo más grave fue que yo había pagado una Habitación Deluxe, pero al momento del check-out pregunté qué tipo de habitación me habían asignado y el personal confirmó que por error nos entregaron una habitación sencilla. Es decir, no recibimos la habitación por la que pagamos. La única solución que nos ofrecieron fue extender el check-out tres horas o aplicar un descuento de $500 MXN si regresábamos otro día para hospedarnos nuevamente en una habitación Deluxe. Ninguna de esas opciones resolvió el problema de la estancia que ya habíamos tenido y finalmente no recibimos ningún reembolso. Me fui muy decepcionada. Considero que el hotel no cumplió con lo que ofrecía en la publicación ni con la categoría de habitación que reservé, por lo que no volvería a hospedarme aquí y no lo recomendaría.
