"Overall a very clean hotel and staff were so lovely and helpful! Only thing I would have to say about the room was that the balcony door was slightly broken and kept opening at the top as I think part of the hinge was off meaning bugs kept getting into the room. Thankfully not a lot of them did get in but was a bit annoying having to keep removing them. Other than that the room was very clean and was perfect- had everything you could need!"

"We thought the hotel was lovely, but I had two issues with the door/lock system: 1. The room door is difficult to unlock. It was unclear how we were supposed to use the key in conjunction with the button and we had a lot of difficulties to unlock the door. 2. As there is no lock or bolt inside the room, our toddler was able to easily open the door and wander out (which he almost did a few times). We were concerned about him leaving the room without us waking, which fortunately did not occur, but I would not recommend this for small children."

"This is an amazing property. From the moment you check in, you feel you have arrived in resort heaven. The property is stunning, breathtaking views, and fabulous spa amenities. This was our recharge ourselves stay while in Austria and we could not have enjoyed it more. "
