This place is a rip off. Do not stay here all inclusive but not true. multiple bars are closed rooms are old and outdated. mini bar in room is 2 trash beers and water not worth the price. Every non buffet restaurant is an additional fee. We couldn't get a transfer out of this dump One of my rooms consistently flooded even though I was told it was repaired it flooded daily that drain did not work the other room I had the faucet was loose the tub shower nozzle was broken the tub was repainted or reglazed pooly and there mold in the bathroom the third room I had the air conditioner didn't work with a 20-year-old dial rooms are horribly outdated all inclusive only incorporates extra bottles of water in the room which I had to get myself I have daily videos of the flooding, videos of the staff telling it was fixed all lies Food was bland - ate out most days, roaches in the 1 buffet that I also have a video of and even a video of some little boy yelling to tell his mother about the roaches crawling on the food. An employee grabbed one with her hands and walked away but the food stayed. Just disgusting. Your app to set up reservations is garbage it confirms that they received it and does not confirm a reservation there is no point in paying for upgrades because you still cannot get in this hotel only caters to day pass locals No Casino like website says, everything closes at 11:00 p.m. Bell staff is rude and lies employees have very low integrity you should be ashamed of yourself.

We booked for Ocean Front paid extra. Not only we didn’t get this hotel but was transferred to other hotel. We went to their sister hotel. Gave us crappy rooms and hotel was blaming Expedia
