We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Thank you for making my mum’s and my stay so special. We really appreciated your hospitality and how close all the tourist attractions were!

My wife and I spent several days here. I like to start out with the good stuff. The location, in old town is great. Walking distance to everything. The hotel. To start, its not a 5 star hotel in any stretch of the imagination. Maybe 3 star at best. Rooms are tiny, nothing fancy here.. No space for any of your personal items in the bathroom on the vanity in the deluxe rooms. switched to a family room (2 beds) and it had much more room.. or as much as you were going to get at this hotel. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was just OK. Nothing special, cold creamy eggs, no sausage, bacon, etc. YES the view is nice! So, in the end, set your expectations down to a 3 star hotel, with some of the smallest rooms you've ever stayed in, and you will be just fine!

My experience at Arcadia Blue Hotel was disappointing. The location is definitely the best thing about this hotel: it is very well situated, close to the main tourist attractions, and very convenient for getting around the city. However, the room facilities need a lot of renovation. The bathroom was not properly maintained and did not meet the expected cleanliness standards. The room and some of the facilities look quite worn out and require better upkeep. The breakfast was another negative point: it was repetitive and lacked variety for a multi-day stay. Also, the breakfast staff were not very attentive or welcoming to guests. The location and views are excellent, but considering the condition of the facilities, cleanliness, and service, I expected much more from a hotel of this category.

Room, facilities, staff service - all truly exceptional. Cannot be faulted.

Wonderful hotel !!! Big rooms very good breakfasts buffet and rooms are soundproof.
