" We have just returned from yet another remarkable stay at Rixos Premium Tekirova, and it was, as always, an absolute delight. This resort never fails to deliver a flawless experience — from the impeccable service to the exquisite attention to detail that makes every guest feel genuinely valued. The culinary offerings were exceptional — a wonderful selection of international and Turkish dishes, each beautifully presented and bursting with flavour. Whether dining by the sea or enjoying the vibrant buffet, every meal felt like a fine-dining experience. The outdoor activities were equally impressive: pristine pools, water sports, tennis courts, and entertainment for all ages. The beach clubs are stunning — crystal-clear waters, soft sand, and a relaxing yet sophisticated atmosphere that makes you never want to leave. Rixos Premium Tekirova is truly ideal for both families and couples — children are brilliantly catered for with their dedicated facilities, while couples can unwind in elegant tranquility. "Disappointing Experience – Not Even Close to 4 Stars I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Despite being listed as a 4-star property, it didn’t even meet basic expectations. Service: Upon arrival, there was no welcome or any friendly interaction from the front desk. The staff didn’t speak English, which made even basic communication difficult. This was a huge issue for me, especially when trying to resolve problems with the room. Room Conditions: The room was dirty, with no lights working. After reporting this, the staff eventually came to replace the bulb. The bathroom was in poor condition, with a broken tap and overall filthiness. To top it off, there was no hot water for a day, and we were left without water entirely for a period. Food & Drinks: We booked all-inclusive, but the food and drink situation was a joke. Breakfast had very limited options, and when we arrived at 8:30 AM (with breakfast until 9 AM), they told us everything was finished. There was also no alcohol included in the all-inclusive package; we were only given wine, and any beer or other spirits came with an extra charge. This was a major letdown considering we paid for all-inclusive. Wi-Fi & Amenities: Wi-Fi wasn’t free; we had to pay an additional €5 per day for access, which is not acceptable in this day and age. There were many broken amenities in the hotel, making it clear that maintenance was not a priority. "

"I got this for my parents as a gift, the stay was good and they allowed them to check in earlier but they got one bed instead of the one bed and sofa as booked online. Victoria was great and organized a special dinner for them which was super sweet! "
