"Our stay overall was terrible.
1) our room was on the first floor which was under renovations. We were NOT informed of this nor were we offered another room on a higher floor which at checkout was informed that higher floors were already remodeled. Our room had a damaged door, no refrigerator, all lights did not work, A/C was faulty. All because we weren’t given or advised of first first floor remodeling. The desk staff admitted being a new employee who was not familiar with the area considering we asked for restaurant suggestions, stores and gas recommendations. As a result of this inferior
Service, I asked for a credit, points etc on which I was told that because this reservation was third party, she couldn’t help us. And finally, breakfast was just okay and this employee was not helpful due to not understanding English. I feel these issues should be handled by management/ownership."
"The pool was broken, the door by our room was broken. The food was ok. I was never offered a "welcome gift" even if it was only water. I had to fix the screen at the window myself so that bugs didn't come in. Something else was broken because they had dug a trench out back. Our 2 burner stove had one burner that worked somewhat. The other was completely dead."
"I really enjoyed my stay here! Booked a jacuzzi suite and the executive one is much bigger than the other, along with having a kitchen space and dining area. Pool and jacuzzi were both clean and pool was a nice, warm temperature! Staff was helpful as well. The location is great, lots of places to walk to and explore. Will definitely stay again!"
"We had to reschedule to a hotel in a different location due to logistics issues as the funeral we were attending was in another city so this review is for Quality Inn not Days Inn. We were rebooked to a Quality Inn in Toledo Ohio. It’s a filthy place, with plumbing that didn’t work. The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain and the toilet didn’t flush. Someone checked the toilet and then threw the dirty wet towels on the counter. He said he would be back in the am to fix everything. My husband was provided with a plunger if needed-it was. Will never stay in a Quality Inn again nor book through Expedia. In hindsight we should have paid the extra $4 for a refund which was denied."
