"Overall, very comfortable and pleasant stay. Hotel is spread on 9, 10 and 11th floors on Orange City Mall. Entrance to the lobby is on the rear side. This is overlooking the in/out ramp of the basement parking lot, hence no waiting area. Room: Comfortable bed, comes with amenities (kettle, water, team, coffee, etc). Compact in size, and ones travelling with heavy luggage may find it cramped. Bathroom is quite compact. Views: Our room overlooked airport, a highway and Metro train station, but no noise seeped thru the windows. Well insulated. Parking: Basement parking is available, but it's shared with the mall. Also, the lot is incomplete with lot of construction materials lying around. Inform the parking attendant that you are a guest at hotel. Access to lift from basement is via stairs. "

"Walking into the reception, there was a strong stench. A/C remotes were not working. Staff did everything to fix this before allotting a different room where fridge was not functioning & there was no hot water kettle to prepare tea "
