"Rooms were not clean. Lobby looks nice but rest of the property is outdated. Air conditioner didnt work in one room. Rooms down the hallway had water leaking into the hallway carpet. Asked for extra sheets one night and staff left them on the dirty floor outside the room. Lobby bar/restaurant/store very over priced and limited. "

"From Valet to front desk to housekeeping, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was just as nice as the pictures and the location was very close to Piedmont park. We will stay again. "

At checkout we were asked if we could bring all our luggage down and then use the cart to bring it to our car (which was valet -at the front entrance)"
