We enjoyed how clean the bedroom portion was and how cool the ac kept it! The bathroom could use a little tlc in areas and one wall needed a good scrub. Overall we would return again!

Clean hotel, nice breakfast, friendly staff. The rooms were too warm upon arrival and had to kick the ac on to cool it down. The refrigerator was also warm, which was inconvenient upon arrival. On a 90 degree day after hours in the car, that was disappointing.

It was nice. We got there early. Asked if it would be possible to get a room. The front desk was nice and able to accommodate us. The room was a quiet and clean. Little disappointed in the maintenance. Tub had moldy caulk and the toilet was very rocky. :-0 These need fixed.

Disappointed, out room had a very foul smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom sink. Our room key stopped working the first night, the towels were ratty and had holes in them. Just disappointed overall

During our stay the HVAC was basically not operating in the common areas so dining and gym areas were an oven, the elevator was not working and despite asking for a full service housekeeping and replenish, all they did was throw a bag of towels in the room. The last morning we had to ask for toilet paper! Seriously this property needs some corporate attention. Breakfast was fine and coffee bar in lobby was good. I'm not a Keurig user, only familiar Nespresso units but never did figure out the machine in the room.

They never vacuumed the floors in our room. There were indoor cobwebs all along the windowsill and dead bugs. Right under the blinds. There were cobwebs in the end table, and the tile in the bathroom had not been mopped because there was dirt on the floor.

Wasnt even the hotel i was actually looking to book because the damn site does not have any godd way of telling exactly where the hell it is and on top of that check in took 30 minutes and the elevator was out will absolutely not ever book with expedia ever again

Could use some upgrades. The Elevator was sketchy and made a long beeping noise before shutting. Not a lot of parking. The WiFi did not work at all. The room was clean and eventually did get cold. Breakfast was good.

The hallways and the room had a weird odor. Our sheets were stained. There were ants in the bed and bathroom. There were all types of stuff under the beds. The breakfast the next morning was mediocre. I would not return.

The air was off in the room when we checked in. It was about 80° in there. It took to well over midnight to cool the room off. The shower head looked like it was 20 years old. Calcium built up. Stepped on what appeared to be tiny sliver of glass and my bare feet in the room

People were slamming doors. The refrigerator in room 324 made a loud clicking noise and woke me several times during the night. I am a semi-light sleeper. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean.

The only elevator was out of service for our complete stay of three days. And for two of the three days they missed my wake up call with no excuses.

I was very disappointed. Staff with attitudes, dirty room. Spiderwebs in the windows and corner of room. Shower head filthy, food for breakfast was cold. And I went down early to make sure my food was hot and fresh. I was very disappointed. Beds were hard. My back has been hurting since I slept there. I was looking forward to having a good experience because I drove almost nine hours to get there for my granddaughter’s wedding. Also put a $50 hold on my bank card. And when I asked them about it, they informed me that Expedia would take the hold off. That they don’t do that. The hold is still on my card. I will NOT ever stay there again in Indiana.

Overall, we loved Santa's Lodge. The staff was great, it was clean, breakfast had a nice variety of choices, and the big yard was great for playing outside. The only reason i gave 4 instead of 5 stars is the pullout beds. They were terribly thin, uncomfortable and loud. If you don't need the pullouts, the rooms were fine. They're dated, but clean and comfortable. But if you need the pull-out for someone to sleep on, I'd book two rooms next time instead.
