The property was okay for me because I didn't spend much time in the unit itself. I was there for the film festival so only used it as a place to sleep. The property is tired and needs maintenance.

Nicely done comfortable condo close to everything

A very nicely done comfortable condo in a great location. Walk to town, grocery store, gondola and across the street from the Coonskin lift! Indoor and outdoor hot tubs were a nice benefit.

Overall good, but surprise $$$$

Overall a good experience except that they sprung an additional $150 fees on us 2-weeks before the trip. I had the reservation for 7-months and they didn't mention ANY additional charges - Until 2-weeks before we checked in. They charged us extra for an insurance policy ($40 - or a $500 deposit fee on the credit card) and $25 a day for house cleaning. Note that they did NOT actually receive any house cleaning the entire time and it was a $100 fee (fine???) for the house cleaning when we left. Kind of a scam to charge $150 when you basically have no options to get another hotel since 7-months had lapsed since we paid in full.

Condo in Telluride

This was a 3 night stay in Telluride with our 6 year old granddaughter. The condo was roomy, but it was old and tired.. It made for a comfortable stay - we all had plenty of room for us to do things. The condo was conveniently located from the local supermarket and we were able to easily get provisions for us to have lunches and breakfasts in the condo. It was close to the town and the gondola to Mountain Village. All in all it made for a very satisfactory stay

Great location

Great location with easy walking access to downtown and gondola. Also, near grocery store and river. Only negative about the property was there was no patio or balcony to sit outside in private and enjoy the weather.

Relaxing in Telluride

The condo was located close enough to gondola to walk to and if you didn't want to walk to it, you had easy access to the Galloping Goose public, free transportation. Lots of room to cook, shower, view mountains, etc.

For the price, disappointing. No pool or hot tub. An older condo with multiple levels. Great view in town and close to restaurants and shopping.

Wonderful in Telluride

Loved this place - easy to check in. The parking was awesome! Only negative - Telluride had a 24 hour blackout and couldn't get in touch with anyone ever! There weren't any flashlights etc. would've liked someone to have returned my calls. Understand that the power outage was out of ordinary and everyone out of power - but there was never any follow up.

Very convenient location.

Nice to have a condo rather than a hotel with a dishwasher and washer dryer (especially since everything gets wet with the winter activities). The telluride lodge is where we stayed, and very convenient location right next to grocery store. A 5 minute walk to the gondola, but the galloping goose (free shuttle) stop is right by the parking lot. Would stay here again, although some of the units need a little TLC to bring them into the 21st century.

Good Location

Good location to downtown and gondola. We could see Bridal Veil Falls from our deck. Had EVERYTHING in the kitchen you would need. Stayed in the summer so had to have windows open to cool things off upstairs, but could hear ALL foot and street traffic all night.

Great location at west end of town, easy to walk to center of town to access stores and restaurants, gondola and walking trails. Quiet w great view of surrounding mountains. Spacious 2 bedroom w 3 floors providing plenty of privacy, each bedroom w own bathroom. Kitchen setup w full amenities. Cleaning staff came daily for trash and to provide new towels.

Great property in the town of Telluride

Smooth check in. Catered to special request for parking and check out. clean and comfortable townhome. Perfect for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Beautiful, updated kitchen was stocked with all of the basics. Master bathroom had a jet tub and steam shower that felt amazing after a day of skiing. 2 blocks from the grocery store or main street for shopping and restaurants. About 3 blocks from the gondola and ski lifts. Free shuttle picks up and drops off on the corner. Quiet location. Great staff.

Spacious outdated condo

Condo was spacious and comfortable for telluride town standards. Furnishing was a bit outdated, from the 1980's. Check in was abit of inconvenience. Be ware of cleaning fee of $25/day + 20%tax which come out to about $30 addition /day that gets added it on. A bit ironic considering the unit lacked cleaning to began with, the kitchen cabinets were filthy, layered with grimy oil film.

Great west-end location with views. Furnishings were a little dated but an excellent value for the area. Property has a full kitchen and garage parking, Convenient to shuttle. One detail, mentioned by others, is the lack of clarity of the 25.day housekeeping charge. Hotels reservation staff said it was included. Property management company said it was not.
