"This is the 3rd time I stay in this hotel, excelent customer service especially from Alejandro, always offering to help with luggage, offering waters, offering to clean the room. Restaurant breakfasts was delicious, they also open the restaurant the whole day on Fridays and Saturdays. Very convenient location, a few minutes walking to downtown Cuernavaca, I recommend staying here for a romantic weekend or family getaway. "

"The staff, everyone included were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Our room was very nice, in an hacienda style keeping with a great tradition and same to the hacienda, which dates back to the 16th century. This probably the best hacienda we have stayed at. Every aspect, atmosphere, pools, restaurant and chapel exceptional and well kept. Our bed was so comfortable!! "
